Eating Disorders & Food
For those whose relationship with food, body, and eating has become a source of pain. We work towards peace, not perfection — gently, at your pace.
Learn moreA quiet, unhurried space for those navigating eating disorders, trauma, and the tender work of coming home to yourself.
Maybe you're exhausted from holding it together. Maybe the relationship with food feels like a battlefield. Maybe something happened and the world hasn't felt safe since. Whatever brought you here — it's enough. You are enough.
Not a program to complete. Not a problem to fix. A relationship — grounded, honest, and paced by you.
This space holds complexity. You don't need to edit yourself, minimize your experience, or arrive with the right words.
Somatic approaches recognize that healing isn't only cognitive. We work with what your nervous system knows.
There is no timeline you need to meet. Therapy unfolds as gently or as deeply as you need it to.
My role is to walk alongside you — not to lead, correct, or prescribe. You know yourself best.
I'm Sarah, a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ottawa. I work with people navigating eating disorders, trauma, and the quiet, persistent ways that suffering reshapes us.
My approach is relational, somatic, and deeply informed by a belief that healing happens in connection — with another person, with your own body, with the parts of yourself you've had to set aside.
