You've found your way here.
That matters.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. Take your time. There is no pressure here.

A free consultation
to begin.

I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation before you commit to anything. It's a chance for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and for both of us to get a sense of whether we're a good fit.

You can also simply send a message if you're not quite ready for a call — that's completely okay. I'll reply within one to two business days.

So you know what to expect.

Beginning therapy can feel uncertain. Here's what the process looks like, so there are no surprises.

  • You reach out

Send a message through the form above, or email me directly. There's no right way to begin — brief is fine.

  • I respond within 1–2 business days

I'll reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation — by phone or video, whichever you prefer.

  • We have a free consultation

A brief, pressure-free conversation. You can ask questions, share what's brought you here, and get a sense of whether this feels right.

  • We schedule your first session

If we both feel it's a good fit, we'll schedule your first full session. If it doesn't feel right, I'll do my best to connect you with someone who is.

  • We begin, at your pace

The first session is about getting to know one another. There's no agenda. We go at your pace, always.

Whatever brought you here
is enough.

I want you to know that there is no threshold you need to cross to deserve support. You don't need to be in crisis. You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to have "enough" going on to justify asking for help.

If something in your life is causing you pain — if you've been carrying something heavy, if you've been struggling quietly for a long time, if you're simply not sure how you are — that is enough.

I'll be here when you're ready.

— Sarah
